Robots and Design’s LED WTR, a specialized robot for LED wafer handling, transfers sapphire wafers (2”~6”) with high speed and precision. Minimized rotation diameter allows downsizing the whole equipment and maximizing the space-effectiveness. It can be customized upon request.
